Monday 14th August 2017:

The development is a hive of activity this morning. Plot 1 is looking very good indeed having reached 'first-fix'; internal stud-work complete, electric cabling complete, pipework for heating and plumbing complete, windows installed, front door and rear French doors installed and the plastering is well underway! Plots 2, 3 and 4 are also taking shape with the foundations and utilities in, scaffolding erected and brick work well underway.

Work within Plot 1 is forging ahead; plastering almost done and some decorating underway.

Friday 25th August 2017:

The bathroom of Plot 1 continues to develop in leaps and bounds including some lovely feature tiling to the bath area... very nice indeed!.

Thursday 31st August 2017:

Plots 2,3 and 4 progressing well with the first floor level reached and the walls now getting higher and stair cases going in soon. Plot 1 looking good now that it sits behind the newly built front wall. The contemporary kitchen is being installed very soon and the decorators continue to work their magic transforming the bare plastered rooms into comfortable spaces within which you'll want to relax!
