Meet the team that puts the agent into magenta!

Raised in Essex, Julia began her career in London before progressing into senior roles with a leading independent estate agency, where she became a Senior Branch Manager. Having joined Magenta over ten years ago after relocating to Raunds, her passion, dedication and commitment to achieving the best for her clients remain as strong as ever, and Julia has become  a true cornerstone of our business. Outside of work, Julia is a keen VW enthusiast and enjoys spending time with her family who also live locally.

We are delighted to have Mikaela working alongside us. With over 12 years of experience in the property industry, she brings extensive knowledge across sales, lettings and property management, alongside a consistently positive and approachable manner that both our clients and staff benefit from, even on the busiest days! Highly organised and widely respected, Mikaela is a true professional with her clients’ best interests always at heart and remains a much valued asset to both the team and our clients.

Dee grew up locally in Raunds and went on to study Business Studies at De Montfort University, graduating with a BA Honours degree. After university, she spent ten years with an American-owned musical instrument manufacturer, managing European clients and earning the title of European Sales Representative of the Year. Now closely involved in the day-to-day running of Magenta, Dee provides vital sales support across the business. Dee also has an exceptional talent for writing our property brochures with an instinctive ability to highlight the strongest features and unique appeal of each home we sell. Outside of work, she enjoys taking on new challenges, having completed the Great North Run twice and now has her sights set on running (and hopefully finishing!) the London Marathon.

Born and raised in Raunds, Matt began his career in banking before entering estate agency in 1990, gaining invaluable experience during the challenging property market of the early 1990s. He went on to hold senior management roles across Leicestershire with the country’s largest estate agency chain, before co-founding the highly successful Hind Estates in Lutterworth. Around 20 years ago, Matt returned to his roots in Raunds to establish Magenta with his wife Dee. Guided by a commitment to hard work and honest, straight-talking advice, he has played a central role in building Magenta into the respected and trusted name it is today.
